Screw conveyor and bag filter are used to carry sugar into the silo. The sugar handling system with PLC control minutely discharges water and sugar in an accurate proportion continuously, to the basic stage electrically-heated stirring tank. The overflow from the first stage shifts to second stage heated-stirring tank, and second stage overflow goes to the third stage heated-stirring tank. At the stage of third tank the accurate and continuous inverter dosage takes place. Therefore, the third stage sugar syrup achieves right temperature and quality. The third stage overflow is taken into fourth stage water-cooled coil tank. We accomplish exact quality and water-cooled sugar syrup at this level. Then, the sugar syrup is pumped through with a filter into the tile elevated storage tank. The system is energy-efficient as the power requisite is 50% of normal procedure.
